2. What Performax is
Performax is a guided exercise program for the pelvic floor muscles. It is a fitness and education product. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and is not a substitute for a doctor. Quiz results are self-reported scores, not medical measurements. Results vary.
3. Eligibility

4. Your account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans renew automatically. Prices, renewal and cancellation are described in the Subscription terms and the Refund policy, which form part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t copy, resell or reverse-engineer the program content, or misuse the service. [standard clauses]
