Money-back guarantee: do the work, or get your money back
If you follow the program and don’t see results, we’ll refund your first payment. To qualify, you need to have actually done the program:
- complete at least 20 sessions in the app, and
- request the refund within 30 days of your first payment.
Sessions are logged automatically in the app, so there’s nothing to prove by hand. We check your session history and reply within [N business days].
How to ask
Email [support address] from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Refund”. Refunds go back to the original payment method within [5–10] business days.
What isn’t covered
- Renewal payments after the first period (cancel before the renewal date to avoid them; we email you 3 days ahead).
- Requests where fewer than 20 sessions were completed.
- One-time add-ons, unless they were not delivered.
